MEMORIES OF REUNION 2006
St. Augustine FL - 3rd Biennial Reunion
REUNION DETAILS

Date: Thursday, Sept. 21 thru Sunday, Sept 24, 2006.
Location: St. Augustine Beachfront Resort

Tidewater Sailors and their guests arrived on Thursday and registered at Reunion HQ to get their reunion packet, which contained several memento items, including a special Tidewater lanyard with nametag attached. The Reunion Packet also contained a reunion program which let everyone in on exactly what would be going on every minute of the reunion week-end. A Crew's Breakfast Buffet on Friday and Sunday, a three-day Green & Orange Trolley Pass for touring the historic sites in St. Augustine, live entertainment on Friday evening with access to a cash bar staffed by hotel personnel and the Saturday evening Ship's Banquet were all detailed in the packet.

The week-end was as busy or as relaxed as each sailor and guest wanted it to be. The hotel is located on the beautiful St. Augustine sandy beach and hotel rooms were only a few short steps to the AtlanticOcean. And only a short distance to historic St. Augustine.

We have quite a few photos that were contributed by attendees. Notice the menu on the left that lists the photo pages. Terry and Paulette Braga contributed the photos in the SIGHTSEEING III section. Roger and Judy Nash contributed the photos in SIGHTSEEING II and TABLETALK III, Dick and Mary Lou Mengerick sent us a photo for TABLETALK IV, and Wynne and Bill Cook contributed the rest. Enjoy and if you have some photos of your own that you'd like to have posted, please, by all means pass them along to us at POB 1029, New Smyrna Beach FL 32170.

Reunion chairman Chief Mike Warman and his team (many of which were members of his own family) deserve our thanks for a great time in the oldest City. In all it was a memorable four days in St. Augustine. And a good time was had by all.

NOTE: We're sorry, but we haven't received any photos of Jon and Sharon Soderena or of Master Chief Don and Rosemary Norris with the exception of the one of Jon and Master Chief Norris in the official crew's photo. If you have one or two of them and their wives, we'd like to display them here - please let us know.
